We literally chitchatted like besties throughout the session, all while she paid extra attention to every detail & guided me on what steps would suit my skin during the entire procedure! Highly recommend her & her expertise as she knows what treatment works best for which type of skin !

Highly recommend LUX, and especially Vivian!I came across a Hydrafacial package at LUX and, if I’m honest, I was a little sceptical. We all love a good deal, but I wasn’t expecting it to be the best Hydrafacial I’ve ever had!I’ve now had two treatments with Vivian and they have both been incredible. She is so kind, gentle, and professional, and immediately puts you at ease. What I love most is that she really listens and tailors the treatment to your skin and concerns.The salon itself is beautiful, and the reception team are always so warm and welcoming.I’ve had many Hydrafacials over the years, and these have genuinely been the best. My skin looks amazing, and I can’t wait to go back for my next one.
