Highly recommend LUX, and especially Vivian!I came across a Hydrafacial package at LUX and, if I’m honest, I was a little sceptical. We all love a good deal, but I wasn’t expecting it to be the best Hydrafacial I’ve ever had!I’ve now had two treatments with Vivian and they have both been incredible. She is so kind, gentle, and professional, and immediately puts you at ease. What I love most is that she really listens and tailors the treatment to your skin and concerns.The salon itself is beautiful, and the reception team are always so warm and welcoming.I’ve had many Hydrafacials over the years, and these have genuinely been the best. My skin looks amazing, and I can’t wait to go back for my next one.

She walked me through every detail—what the IV was for, how it helps, how it’s administered, and its benefits. She carefully coordinated everything for my home sessions, ensuring the nurses arrived right on time with all the equipment. I’ve also visited their JLT clinic a few times thanks to Seanne who convinced me. The team really took care of me—I even got to relax in a massage chair during my IV treatment while Seanne checked in and chatted with me. Every team member I met was so welcoming and attentive. A few highlights from my experience: Attentive Care: Since I have only one kidney, they went down to the finest detail for my safety and comfort, ensuring the drip was administered slowly so as not to stress my system. They thoroughly explained all the pros and cons of every treatment. Home Visits: The visiting nurses were extremely professional, polite, and strictly hygienic (everything was clean, sterile, and well-handled). Blood Work: I did a full blood panel through them, and they catered to every requirement with very fast results. Facial Treatment: The therapist- Mozghan, was fantastic—my skin had a noticeable glow the very next day! I am so grateful to the entire team, especially Seanne and the wonderful nurses - Saeeda, Amor and Anu, who looked after me so well.
