She walked me through every detail—what the IV was for, how it helps, how it’s administered, and its benefits. She carefully coordinated everything for my home sessions, ensuring the nurses arrived right on time with all the equipment. I’ve also visited their JLT clinic a few times thanks to Seanne who convinced me. The team really took care of me—I even got to relax in a massage chair during my IV treatment while Seanne checked in and chatted with me. Every team member I met was so welcoming and attentive.
